Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
The short version: the $50 application fee and the $250 deposit are non-refundable, and applying does not guarantee a spot. Until you sign our Confirmation Agreement, you can cancel for a refund of the rest of your tuition, minus payment processing fees. Once you sign, all payments are final, for any reason, including injury or illness. A parent or guardian must travel with every athlete. The Lady Flag TOUR is a real football trip with real risks, and athletes must follow TOUR rules.
1. Agreement to these terms
The Lady Flag College Bus TOUR is run by Lady Flag Magazine, a brand of Quarterback Magazine, LLC, a California company based in San Diego ("we," "us," "the TOUR"). By using this site, applying, paying, or taking part in the TOUR, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't apply or pay.
Parents and guardians. Athletes under 18 cannot sign contracts on their own. The parent or legal guardian who applies, pays or signs for an athlete agrees to these terms for themselves, for the athlete, and for any adult who takes the parent seat. They confirm they have the legal right to do so. "You" means the parent or guardian, the traveling adult and the athlete.
2. Applying
- The application fee is $50 and non-refundable, whether or not the athlete is accepted.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Our coaches review every application, there are only 20 athlete spots, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
- You must give true and complete information. We may decline or cancel any application or spot based on false or incomplete information, and amounts paid are then handled under the Refunds section.
3. Deposit, tuition and payments
- Tuition is $1,750 for the athlete and $1,750 for the traveling parent or guardian. Prices shown on this site can change until you are accepted.
- Once accepted, you pay a $250 non-refundable deposit to guarantee the spot. The deposit is credited toward tuition.
- The balance is paid in four payments on January 1, February 1, March 1 and April 1, 2027, or in full. All tuition must be paid by April 30, 2027.
- Tuition does not include flights, college camp fees, lunch, dinner, travel insurance or personal spending money.
- College camp fees are not part of tuition. They usually run about $50–$95 per camp and vary by college. The family pays each camp fee directly to the college that runs the camp. These fees are never paid to or collected by the TOUR, and any refund of a camp fee is up to that college.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose monthly payments, you authorize us to charge the card on file on each scheduled date until tuition is paid in full.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed within 10 days of our email, we may release the spot. Amounts already paid are then handled under the Refunds section.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Application fee and deposit. The $50 application fee and the $250 deposit are non-refundable.
- Before you confirm. Between February and April 2027, once colleges release their camp dates, we build the TOUR's official schedule of college stops and dates and send it to every family with our Confirmation Agreement. Until you sign that agreement, you may cancel at any time for a refund of tuition paid beyond the deposit, minus payment processing fees (card or Venmo, up to 3%). Zelle payments have no fee and are refunded in full.
- Who pays the fees on a refund. Every tuition refund is the amount you paid minus the deposit and all payment processing fees, including any fee charged to send the refund back. You are responsible for these fees, not the TOUR.
- Deadline to decide. After we announce the official schedule, you have 7 days to decide. Either cancel for the refund above, or confirm your spot. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, your spot is confirmed.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT OR YOUR SPOT IS OTHERWISE CONFIRMED. Once your spot is confirmed, there are no refunds at all, including for illness, injury, cancelling later or not showing up, because the bus, hotels and camps are booked for your athlete and her parent. This also includes a family emergency, a change of plans, missed flights, school or team conflicts, leaving the TOUR early, or being sent home for conduct. You may transfer your spot to another athlete we approve (see below).
Why: as soon as families confirm, we use TOUR funds to prepay hotels, the private charter bus, and staff flights and lodging. These costs are committed for your seats and can't be recovered. You agree that this non-refundable policy is a fair and reasonable reflection of those costs, not a penalty.
We strongly recommend that families buy travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, including for injury and illness.
- How to cancel. Email info@ladyflagmag.com. Cancellations must be in writing. Your cancellation date is the day we receive your email, and we'll reply to confirm.
- Can't go after confirming? Before May 15, 2027, you may transfer your spot to another athlete and parent we approve. A transfer is not a refund.
- Refunds we owe are sent to the original payment method within 30 days of your cancellation date.
5. Parent or guardian on the TOUR
- Every athlete must travel with one parent or legal guardian, who rides the bus and shares a hotel room with her. An athlete cannot attend without that adult.
- The traveling adult is responsible for the athlete's care between camp sessions and follows the same TOUR rules, hotel rules and staff instructions.
- If the traveling adult cannot go, you may ask us to approve a different parent or legal guardian before May 15, 2027.
6. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, travel or transportation problems, road closures, fire, public health emergencies, government orders, strikes, unrest, or a college changing or cancelling its camp. When this happens, we will try to replace the stop or activity with a similar one. If we can't, we will refund or credit only the costs we are actually able to recover from our vendors.
7. Schedule changes
Routes, colleges, dates, camps, hotels and activities can change. We will do our best to replace any stop with a similar one and will tell families as early as we can. A change to a stop, hotel, route or activity is not a reason for a refund.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
- If you have a problem with a charge, you agree to email us at info@ladyflagmag.com first and give us 7 days to fix it before contacting your bank or card company.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that follows these terms is a breach of these terms. We will respond with your application, signed agreements, receipts and communications as evidence.
- If a chargeback is filed, we may cancel the athlete's spot, and you remain responsible for the full amount owed plus any dispute fees and reasonable collection costs we incur.
9. Athlete conduct
The Lady Flag TOUR is an educational, leadership-based football week, not a vacation. Athletes must follow staff instructions, curfews, TOUR rules, hotel rules and each college's camp rules. An athlete or parent who seriously breaks the rules, including using alcohol, drugs or vapes, fighting, bullying, stealing, leaving the group without permission, or damaging property, may be sent home at our discretion. The family pays for the trip home and any damage, and there is no refund.
10. Health, assumption of risk and release
- Football, athletic camps and travel carry risks, including serious injury, illness and, in rare cases, death. You understand these risks and voluntarily accept them for the athlete and the traveling adult.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Lady Flag Magazine, Quarterback Magazine, LLC and their owners, staff, coaches and volunteers from claims arising from ordinary risks of football, camps and travel, and from the acts of colleges, hotels, bus companies, airlines and other third parties we don't control. This does not cover our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Before the trip, a parent or guardian must sign our liability waiver and medical release and share any medical needs, allergies and medications. If these forms are not returned by May 15, 2027, the athlete may lose her spot without a refund.
- In an emergency, you authorize our staff to get medical care for the athlete if the traveling adult cannot be reached right away. The family is responsible for medical costs.
- Each college camp may also ask families to sign its own waiver.
11. No recruiting promises
The TOUR helps athletes compete in front of college coaches and learn about recruiting. We do not promise any offer, scholarship, roster spot, coach contact, playing time or result.
12. Photos and videos
We take photos and videos during the TOUR and may use them on this site, on social media, in Lady Flag Magazine and in promotions for the TOUR, without payment. If you don't want your athlete featured, email us before the trip.
13. Lady Flag TOUR Scholarship
The 2027 Lady Flag TOUR Scholarship is awarded by The Football Promise, a nonprofit organization, using its own rules and review. Lady Flag Magazine does not choose the winner, and the scholarship may not be awarded every year.
14. Website content
The text, photos, logos and videos on this site belong to Lady Flag Magazine, Quarterback Magazine or the people who made them, and may not be copied without permission. College logos belong to their schools.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the TOUR or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the TOUR. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, missed flights or travel costs you paid to others.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, or in small claims court where it qualifies.
17. Other terms
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Confirmation Agreement, and the waiver and medical release are the full agreement between you and us about the TOUR. If they conflict, the signed Confirmation Agreement controls.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a term once, we can still enforce it later.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you sign the Confirmation Agreement applies to your TOUR, unless you agree to a newer one.
